Big Dice Return and Refund Policy

At Big Dice, we are committed to ensuring you love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a simple return and refund process:

Returns:
– Items can be returned within 4 days of purchase within Lagos, 10 days outside Lagos
– To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
– Sale items, custom products, and accessories may not be eligible for returns. Please check product-specific details.
– For returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds:
– Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
– Please note, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges:
– We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or style, please return the original item and place a new order.
